EAP is available to all permanent employees and their household members. It provides services for up to six visits, per person, per issue, per six months at no cost to you! It is completely confidential and available in a wide variety of locations and providers with flexible hours of operation. Optima EAP also has a vast array of on-line resources available at no cost!
