Tabata - This is a high-intensity session that uses 1 or 2 different timed exercise intervals, :20 work and :10 rest or :40 work and :20 rest. This challenging pace of different exercises will improve your overall conditioning, including muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, body composition, and metabolism. Instructor: Josh Gaskins
