Description: Tabata is a form of high-intensity interval training, which workout will consist of a warm-up, total body exercises using intervals, and a cool down. Featuring workout that involved 20-second bursts of very intense exercise followed by ten seconds of rest, repeated eight times for a total of four minutes. Tabata exercises produce remarkable results in both aerobic and anaerobic capacity. Each class will be focusing on building core strength, endurance, and flexibility.
*Phase 3 guidelines limit participation to 13 persons per fitness session. Attendance will be handled first-come, first-served.
