Run Fit & Walk Fit! Get fit, feel better, have more energy, and decrease your health risks. Running and walking are proven to do these things and more. Bring water and a good pair of athletic shoes. (The group meets in the Training Center parking lot or the building. The training includes the training Center parking lot, the hill-up and hill-down, stair climbing, hallway running, and treadmills.)
