Run Fit & Walk Fit Groups – Get fit, feel better, have more energy, and decrease your health risks. Running and walking are proven to do these things and more. Bring water and a good pair of athletic shoes. (The group meets in the county parking lot adjacent to the Police Memorial at the intersection of Prince Henry Drive and Elvin Cosby Way.)
