Effective strength and conditioning strategies to optimize job performance and prevent injury for our tactical athletes. Use of bodyweight movements, agility drills, weight training, and running to maintain/improve fitness level and job performance.
**Phase 3 guidelines limit participation to 13 persons per fitness session. Attendance will be handled first-come, first-served.
