Low impact cardio burns calories and boost metabolism like running or high intensity interval training (HIIT) – without the potential joint pain. This low impact workout will increase your fitness level and core strength by incorporating sessions of cardio endurance and core conditioning exercises to create a fitness training experience. Improve overall fitness, agility and core strength in this low impact class.
*Phase 3 guidelines limit participation to 13 persons per fitness session. Attendance will be handled first come, first served.
