Description: Insanity is a type of interval training that pushes you to your maximum levels of exertion, keeping your body working at high capacity through your entire workout. Intensity intervals training followed by short periods of rest. As a result, people will experience faster increases in cardiovascular fitness and burn carbohydrates and fat more efficiently. You keep pushing your limit, so your body must adapt, movements possible to everyone based on athletic ability.
*Phase 3 guidelines limit participation to 13 persons per fitness session. Attendance will be handled first-come, first-served.
