Description: Strength and Tone is a muscle building and conditioning class focusing on high repetitions and lightweight. Exercises will utilize a mixture of dumbbells, resistance bands, gliding disc, stability ball, medicine ball and bodyweight to sculpt and define arms, back, legs and glutes. Classes will also contain an intensive abdominal/core component. The major focus here is strength training and challenging the muscular endurance.
*Phase 3 guidelines limit participation to 13 persons per fitness session. Attendance will be handled first-come, first-served.
