Description: Enhance your cardio endurance. Workouts are choreographed to offer full-body exercise with movements on and around a step. Benefits also include improved coordination and balance. This class adds additional strength training exercises using bands, dumbbells, or a body bar/power bar. Classes may include core work. *Phase 3 guidelines limit participation to 13 persons per fitness session. Attendance will be handled first-come, first-served.
