An event every week that begins at 11:30 am on Thursday, repeating until November 18, 2021

Location: Henrico Training Center, Multi-Purpose Room
Instructor: Liz Stovall
Description: Enhance your cardio endurance. Workouts are choreographed to offer full-body exercise with movements on and around a step. Benefits also include improved coordination and balance. This class adds additional strength training exercises using bands, dumbbells, or a body bar/power bar. Classes may include core work.
*Phase 3 guidelines limit participation to 13 persons per fitness session. Attendance will be handled first-come, first-served.
