Description: Redline takes the participant through a series of cardio and strength training exercises with relatively brief rest intervals in between. Redline pushes the participant to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and more efficient metabolism.
*Phase 3 guidelines limit participation to 13 persons per fitness session. Attendance will be handled first-come, first-served.
