Location: Henrico Training Center, Multi-Purpose Room
Instructor: Ayse Mazicioglu
Description: This class focus on helping you get and stay strong! We will utilize free weights, your body weight, stability balls, and more to challenge all your muscles, especially your core.
Resistance training does more than making your muscles stronger it can also boost your metabolism, improve your posture and mood, provide a foundation for an active daily life, and much more.
*Phase 3 guidelines limit participation to 13 persons per fitness session. Attendance will be handled first-come, first-served.
