Description: A continuous flow of intense cardiovascular conditioning exercises designed to target individual muscle groups; strengthening, toning, and defining; working both aerobically & anaerobically.
*Phase 3 guidelines limit participation to 13 persons per fitness session. Attendance will be handled first-come, first-served.
