Description: HIIT to Fit (High-Intensity Interval Training) is a 60-minute fitness class. High-intensity interval training is a format that consists of short bursts of high-intensity work followed by a brief recovery period. The workouts build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle, and maximizing calorie burn during and after the workout. That workout will use a variety of bodyweight exercises, dumbbell work, plyometrics, and full-body strength training to incorporate both challenge and intensity in 60-minutes. *Phase 3 guidelines limit participation to 13 persons per fitness session. Attendance will be handled first-come, first-served.
