A “where do I start?” class geared towards beginners. With a focus on functional movements this class will progress each week by building upon the movements learned from prior weeks. A wonderful way to be introduced into strength and cardio training, or just a good way to work on the basics.
*Phase 3 guidelines limit participation to 13 persons per fitness session. Attendance will be handled first-come, first-served.
