Location: Henrico Training Center, Multi-Purpose Room

Instructor: Liz Stovall

Description: A class designed for muscle tone and definition. Suitable for all fitness levels and ages, the workout includes upper body, lower body, abdominal and core exercises with heart-pumping cardio intervals mixed in.*Phase 3 guidelines limit participation to 13 persons per fitness session. Attendance will be handled first-come, first-served.
