Description: A workout program hitting all major muscle groups individually: shoulders, chest, and triceps, back and biceps, legs, and abdominals. Using barbells and a variety of weight plates to create an intense total body workout.
*Phase 3 guidelines limit participation to 13 persons per fitness session. Attendance will be handled first-come, first-served.
