Description: The first half of this workout focuses on fatiguing every major muscle group before moving on to the next. Using dumbbells and a barbell you will do a lot of repetitions per move with varying tempos to build strength and stamina. The second half of this workout is all about flexibility training allowing for easier and deeper movements that leads to greater range of motion, improved balance, and increased flexibility.
*Phase 3 guidelines limit participation to 13 persons per fitness session. Attendance will be handled first-come, first-served.
