Description: The name is both a description and a goal! That is a 45-minute, intensive class that focuses on building core strength, endurance, and flexibility. Challenging exercises will target the lower and upper abdominals, obliques, back, and hip flexors.
*Phase 3 guidelines limit participation to 13 persons per fitness session. Attendance will be handled first-come, first-served.
