3.2.1 Blast – rev up that metabolism with this continuous cardiovascular endurance and strength workout. 3-2-1 Blast consists of 3 minutes of cardio, 2 minutes of strength training, and 1 minute of core exercises. Increase your speed, agility, and stamina with cardiovascular, muscle strength, and endurance training.
